Wanted to love this phone. I've ordered several cases to protect it because of the high price tag. Disappointed ever time. Even the otterbox. The end result, I have a broken screen. So disappointed!!!

Needs a better case than anything yet designed

The only major problem with my otherwise excellent Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 is that - when opened wide it is too difficult to hold in the hand for very long. Samsung should Not rely on third party companies to make whatever phone case design that would best solve this serious problem. Available cases are either too bulku (get rid of the pen holder at the hinge), or lack a flip-out kickstand that is also comfortable to the side of a finger. G 2024/04/04

The future of big screen phones

Lasted me 2 and a half years before i dropped it (using a Samsung case) and the screen cracked. I can never go back to a non-foldable fold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite paying a high price, wishing for an integrated S-Pen with Air Commands, wanting a wider cover Screen like an S Ultra phone, I find this device great quality, performance is fast and overall reliable and i enjoy using the expansive AMOLED screen with rich colors and sharp clarity paired with great sound!
It's durable and the battery life has gotten really respectable, lasting me up to six hours relatively comfy.
I am so thankful to have the new Galaxy Al features because it's a lot easier to search anything I see no matter what app I'm on and having generative text to assist me with my school project was certainly satisfying! I am excited to see Al make beneficial differences with all Samsung products!
