Multitasking Machine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phones split screen view mostly for work purposes, i.e looking at blueprints, meetings, emails, etc. This can handle all that and more without slowing down or overheating. It makes me more efficient when time is of the essence. Since the latest update with Galaxy AI, it's ease of use allows me to search for items without knowing the exact name or term. I was skeptical at first owning a folding phone for construction work but I've had it for about a year now and it has been dropped in dirt, on the floor, and it has come out without a scratch everytime. Anyone who is in construction and is looking for a phone that is not your typical slab phone, I highly recommend the fold series. When folded, it fits easily in your pocket. And when unfolded it is about the size of a small tablet. Win/win scenario!

Phone is fast and surprisingly resilient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has exceeded my expectations in most ways. It has been very snappy and keeps up with fast tying without lag. Also there was an accident where my phone slide across the ground (concrete) of a third floor in apartment building. Went off ledge and down to ground. Just happened to be over the walkway and hit concrete instead of grass on either side. Frightened I went down to get it and took my surprise it had a scuff in the hinge top corner and bowed just a bit at the hinge. Front screen undamaged and opening mechanism worked without issue. The screen internally did not look smashed but was just separated and no longer would light. Protection fixed and returned phone good as new. From a height like that and concrete I would expect most severe damage to occur and must give he engineers a lot of respect for that

Love the option to have a larger screen (open) and a single screen (closed). Great to read on and play games.

Beautiful screen (and surprisingly durable!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a long-time Samsung owner and expect greatness from their products - my Galaxy ZFold 5 hasn't let me down!
Side note, I purchased my phone 11 months ago (Sept. 2023) so I feel confident in my review.
I'm a forty-year-old mom - I use my phone for work, home, streaming, gaming, and about any other way I can.
The screen is key for me. I open it to stream shows, play games, edit PDFs, etc. I keep it closed about 80% of the time (emails, texts, calls, browsing the internet, news, etc.) but it's so nice to be able to open it up for a bigger, more detailed view - especially if I'm editing a PDF or using the new Galaxy AI photo editor (not bad, but not a miracle worker, lol.) The AI feature is great for blurring or getting rid of distracting background issues (or the whole thing!) The suggested image quality/lighting/tone improvements are far better when using AI then they were before, so that's a plus!
The phone feels sturdy, especially when closed. I've dropped it in parking lots, on hardwood floors, in grocery stores, and about anywhere else I've been. I don't use a screen protector (just the pre-installed one on the inner screen) and my screen has survived without a scratch. I don't have a super sturdy, heavy duty case, either, just the Samsung brand case with the strap on the back.
BTW- my son turns five this week. My phone has survived 11 months of him being around it, using it, dropping it, etc. and if you knew him, that's really all I'd need to say, haha!

A window to the world, with a Galaxy in your palm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a big fan of Samsung Galaxy, from my first galaxy s8 to the Z fold 3. The journey and experience had been incredible. With the New Ai features, I can have an immerse experience from Camera quality to voice clarity and awesome sound improvement. Battery life has also been a great improvement, allowing me more productivity with longer battery life. The handling also is awesome. With its design and shape, grip and firm hold is beautiful. I love my galaxies and will always remain a faithful user as long as samsung galaxy keeps the innovations fire.

This product has an awesome camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera is amazing! I do alot of photography, from people to scenery and I am amazed on how good the camera is. Being able to open the phone and have a big screen to look at pictures, makes it that much better.!!!!!! Love love love this phone.
