It's very helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this phone being able to fold open like a book is so amazing it makes my job dealing with the elderly and having to sign certain documentations a lot easier for business for work for fun this is all around great phone that excels in all areas.. I recommend this to a lot of people because soon as they see it and they're all amazed about it they asked me questions and I give them my opinion on it which like I said it is very helpful

Not too bad but camera could be a bit better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 is a cool piece of tech that really stands out in the foldable phone market. It's impressive how the Galaxy AI helps make using apps smoother and gives smart suggestions. However, the camera could be better; it doesn't quite stack up to what you might expect from other top phones. Even so, the Galaxy Fold 5 is a great option for those looking for a phone that combines cutting-edge design with the convenience of a foldable screen.

Great but a few annoyances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the front screen was slightly wider, which I hear is a change for the fold 6.
My biggest complaint is the extra software. I wish that Samsung pushed other companies apps instead of trying to push their own that integrate with the 3rd parties. Example.. Samsung Note integrating with Microsoft Apps. Just push the Microsoft Apps (Oneanote instead of Samsung Notes for example). I wish it was easier/cleaner to know what the vendor ecosystem actually is. It is like you are trying to re-invent a wheel that is already invented sometimes.
I know you are doing that with Google Messenger and that is FANTASTIC. Do that more.
I tried to switch over to all of the Samsung apps... and in someway they were great. I even liked the UI better. But, it kept being a pain.

Overall Great device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly love my device. For starters, everyone compliments it and thinks it's cool how the screen folds. I love how large the inner screen is but sometimes am annoyed that the outside screen is too small for even quick use. Especially when you have a case on it; it can sometimes be even more difficult to use or touch along the edge of the screen when needed. I wish there were more options for cases out there but I understand the difficulty in making quality cases that work for such a unique device. I have not personally experienced much of anything with the "Galaxy AI" features. If I have them on my device, I'm not really using them I suppose.
The device overall works amazingly and is great for playing games, and watching anything on the large screen. Only thing I wish they could change is for all apps to be properly compatible with both screens and for it to automatically transfer when opening or closing the device. It often messes uo what I'm doing when I need to do this.
Otherwise, I love it and would recommend it to others.
