[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase Samsung ZFold 5 September 16, 2023. Impressive phone so far. As with all new phones it would be awesome if everything transferred over, passwords etc. Everything is awesome especially the wide screen. Had the Flip 3 bit this deal to upgrade to the Fold5 was hard to pass up. Having a lot of Samsung products everything has been impressive.

Worth the Upgrade!?

As a previous fold user with the Fold 4 I was worried that the upgrade wouldn’t be enough for the justification to the 5. But after a few months of using the Fold 5 my choice has been completely justified! On the surface the changes seem small but once you get it in your hand you shortly change your mind. The new hinge design and the change to no gap makes the phone feel exceptional in the hand. It also feels more refined and complete coming from the Fold 4. The next big change I felt was with the processor. The new Snapdragon processor for Samsung in this phone is a game changer! From the photos being better in just about every way to the extremely snappy multitasking. This processor takes everything I can throw at it from high intensity games to long work days, using the Fold 5 for everything. I rarely use my tablet or computer anymore cause I don’t have to and I love it. I can get done whatever I need to get done all in one device. And with a job like mine being a designer, the S-pen is amazing! I also got the stand case with the strap with the s-pen case, both in the same color so I can swap them out with ease. With the cases being the same color, I can leave the front on and just change out the back when each back is needed. I also think that is key to these fold devices is the uses of the cases makes the phone even better. It’s almost modular in the way the cases change the use of your phone in so many ways, so many useful ways. So yeah it was worth it

Form factor perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure if you're reading this, you've heard all about how the phone is unfolded. But an unsung feature of this is how nice the phone feels while folded as well. The thinner size compared to an s series phone makes it very easy to hold for uses such as utilizing the flashlight, or checking your calendar quickly for your events that day. The keyboard is tricky by default, but using the 3x4 keyboard layout for the cover screen solves this (think like flip phone texting, but with the benefit of modern day autocorrect to make it easy enough to type small things on without it being slow once you learn it).

Loving the Z Fold 5

Unfold it for spreadsheets, PDFs, emails, and internet. I'll be leaving my laptop at home for my next trip. Side note, Pokemon Go works great folded or not!

It Just Feels Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my seconf fold device. I use the Fold 5 as my daily driver, streaming, You Tube, Office tasks and gaming. What I particullarly love is the multitasking ability on the big screen. I was a long iPhone user and never felt the excitement I feel when using the Fold 4 and especially now using the Fold 5. The front screen, despite so mush criticism is just the right size for use as a daily driver. Modifying the keyboard using Good Lock makes using the keyboard easier and less incidents of FatFingering". Finally, it just feels good in your hand, it;s exciting to use, fits better in your pocket and not as heavy as Fold 4. Using a phone in the past was always a hassle- screen too small or too big, too bulky and was just a phone. The Fold 5 becomes a part of your daily routine an plays a vital role in accomplishing life. BRAVO SAMSUNG!
