Love this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I am a loyal Samsung customer. I have had Samsung phones since 2010. My Note 8 that I had for 7 years started glitching some and was not 5G, so time to replace it. I chose the Z Fold 5 and I couldn't be happier! The display when unfolded is AMAZING, everything is crisp and clear, no loss of framerate during videos or games. The features and capabilities of the Z Fold 5 are way too numerous to even try to list. Taking pictures and video, there are several ways and functions to capture moments and events. The processing power is insane, I upgraded to 1TB storage (same as my desktop PC) so no worries about running out of space really.
There really are only 2 things I would change. The first one would be to include the S-pen Pro with built in storage for it (not having to use a case). The second would be for a regular sized front screen, when it is folded the phone feels very narrow, it would be nice to not feel like you HAVE to unfold it to have a large enough screen to get anything done productively.
Overall this is the best I've seen from Samsung. Innovative, years ahead of competitors, and reliable. I'm happy that I jumped on the Samsung bandwagon 14 years ago. Customer for life!

Foldable phones are the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Z fold series of phones for 3 years now and I can never go back to using a regular phone again. The Z fold 5 let's me do so much more than a regular phone, I've been using it as a Kindle to finally start reading books without the hassle of needing another device. I van use the flex mode to take hands free selfie or time-lapse videos without needing a tripod. Plus I can watch all the YouTube videos on the big screen. Love my Z fold 5 and hoping to get a good deal so I can upgrade to Z Fold 6 soon for all the new Galaxy AI features.

It Was Love At First Sight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Z Fold for everything!! Gaming, work, personal, EVERYTHING! I work as an HR Director and Galaxy AI is a handy tool to have. When I initially went to upgrade my phone, I was planning on getting the newest Galaxy S model, & then I laid eyes on the Z Fold! I was torn between the Fold & the Flip but finally settled in the Fold. My husband also upgraded to the Fold. I absolutely love it. My only complaint is that my screen protector began to crack in the Fold part & the glass was nicking my finger because I Slide to type. I replaced it & all is good in the world again.

Nice, but...

I do have issues with the fact I had to return the original phone within 2 weeks due to an issue with the phone glitching when reading or typing a message.
Not to mention the fact the screen broke in less than 5 months.
Finally my phone keeps randomly losing Internet Access EVEN when I have full bars,which is VERY Annoying to say the least!!
I also do KT like the AI added to my phone that I cannot REMOVE!!!
