[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my samsung galaxy fold 5 last November and it has been completely amazing. The screen while unopened is still larger than my previous phone. I love streaming movies and YouTube so when I open the fold it's so perfect. While open I can easily make one side my texts while browsing the internet on the other side of the screen. It has so many functions , I'm still learning about them months later. This phone is amazing. It's fast , big screen size ( for a phone ) and all around user friendly. I love this phone . I only wish I had more options to choose from regarding cases .

Great concept, but still some work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say how have things I like about the concept of this phone. A compact phone for when you need it and I large tablet size screen for those other media consumption and gaming times.
There are two main reasons this isn't a 5 star review .
1. It's a bulky/heavy phone and a little challenging using the small screen.
2. The new large screen is awesome, but if/when it is damaged it really has a huge impact on the usefulness, other than it's still functionable. Because it is a large screen or is a little lunky/awkward, and can easily be dropped bc of this. The screen has weak spots through the middle/fold,I even a mild drop (which happened to me) ruined the entire screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is awesome. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't come with the S pen. The size is both closed and open is very convenient and comfortable. This fold 5 is exciting to use and is also a show piece. It makes me feel like I got a lot of money when I pull it out and show off it's opening opening capability and the people that don't know about it be in awwww. I'm actually just a guy who is just trying to make ends keep meeting. Both screens are of good clarity and size. Picture quality is magnificent. It's the best phone I've ever had to date.
