Fold Phone Skeptic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super skeptical about this phone as I really didn't think I would like a fold phone again. I am 6 months in on using this phone and I really do love it.
I don't notice the crease when using. I was able to watch movies on the plane and not need a tablet.
I use my phone for work and personal so I am on it all the time and need it to perform at all times.
I am a believer now and do recommend taking a look at it.

Phone is a brick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked fine for several days and now I keep getting the message "phone not recognized by carrier. Emergency calls only". No internet connectivity unless I am at home on my wifi network. Really frustrating considering the cost of this phone. Hopefully just a glitch .

Awesome samsung Z fold 5 and ultra s23 phones 😘🥰

Me and my entire family's using samsung devices like last 20 years. Awesome pictures quality and sounds system also more future functions. I just bought last month, samsung zfold 5 and ultra s23. Both are awesome phones, it's like phone and laptop together. I love it. Now I can my entire work using this phone. Thanks for making great phones. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 ❤️

Love the Z Fold 5!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been eyeing the Z Fold for a couple of years. In the Z Fold 5, they eliminated the gap in the Fold and the slim case is thinner and lighter so I went for it. (In fact, it is lighter than my husband's iPhone 14 pro max with an Otterbox case.) This is a great upgrade from S10+. I like the fact that I can easily multitask in the unfolded a screen. The stylus make it much easier to edit my ppt deck for work without needing to pull out my laptop. I can watch videos with great resolution. When I am checking emails or messages, I use it folded which is more compact (narrower) and better resolution than S10+ and I can type with one hand. I can take selfies with the rear camera which gives me high selfie quality.
Last but not the least, the power button, which is on the side, also reads my finger print so it unlocks the phone folded and unfolded all the same. This is a thoughtful and well designed phone. I wish Samsung will put the S23 Ultra set of cameras here and it will be perfect!

Better than before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally had the Fold 2 and got rid of it because one of my apps that i needed to 7se constantly I could not see the top and bottom. Now on the Fold 5 I am able to adjust how the app opens and shows on bigger screen. I love that because I am able to use the app that I was not able to see the top and bottom on by just changing the aspect of screen. The phone is better because of that. Such a major improvement.
I also love the fact that I can pick and choose what screens stay open when I close the phone or open it. This helps with my privacy.
I like that I can have 2 different home screens. So when my phone is open, it could be more detailed and what it's closed. It just has the basics.
I also use the option of the multiple apps open at 1 time for my business. It is so easy to navigate between them.
I would recommend this phone to anyone!

My favorite Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the versatility of this phone, screen layout is fantastic, keyboard features are so versatile and can switch from full screen to use w both hands as well as using it w one hand one thumb! I love the way I can open multiple screens in either split screen and/or pop ups. I can watch programs w ease and do research and take notes w-out having to close anything out.
My favorite part is how well so many apps have integrated to the wider screen and the storage capacity has allowed me to keep high storage apps(like TikTok) w-out having to delete other items
I would like to give a quick shout out to the customer service. I originally had a Z4 fold and when the motherboard went bad and had to be sent off to repair and eventually replaced, the customer service and repair team were so kind, very courteous and answered all my questions and really took time to put me at ease w my concerns. I am so happy w this company and it's products and will never switch (unless Blackberry keyboard makes a comeback! Haha just kidding!) Thank you Samsung and keep up the great work!

And when I don't need the big screen, I just fold it up and I have my phone. It is awesome even for production apps like Excel. Like I said, it is the best of both worlds - tablet and phone.
