It only connects to things with a USB. Pretty lame and pointless to not have Bluetooth

Solid Headset for the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A nice, lightweight gaming headset that won’t break the bank and provides exactly what you want from it. It’s super comfortable and the battery life lasts very long. Using it on console is very easy, as the dongle simply plugs in to a USB port that is open and is instantly paired with the system. The mute button is easily reached as well. I’m impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using them a lot on my PS5 and Nintendo Switch. Sound is great on my PS5 and don't have any audio lag thanks to the included USB adapter. The headphones are comfortable but hurt my ears after a few hours since I use glasses. The wind screen on the mic helps keep the noice level down when playing below the fan, I had to mute my audio with my old headphones while playing, not with these. Voice quality is very good and the other person can hear me loud and clear. The only thing that I would change about this gaming headset is to have them Bluetooth and not use the USB adapter. On my switch I use them only when playing in docked mode, either way, a really food pair of headphone.

Fantastic Gaming Experience

The sound quality was superb and the fact that the mic can be taken of makes it even better. My whole household has used these so far and all of us love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pair of gaming headphones. Connected to my PS4 and they paired automatically without even having to mess around. It’s nice having the detachable microphone because I don’t really use it ever, but my kids do so they’ll throw it on when they use it. It has a nice sound, it’s easy to hear left to right when you’re playing online games and need to know where the enemy is coming from. They’re very comfortable on the ears and head and fit nice. My only wish was that it was also Bluetooth so I could use them besides in the video games or PC. It uses a type of signal that just pairs to the dongle it comes with. Other than that this is a great pair of headphones.

Superb quality & sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Quantum 350 wireless is by far the best gaming headset everyone in my house has ever used. First off the sound! The sound is so crisp, clear, better than a movie theatre comfortably on my head. They are so comfortable. There is cushion even on the inside top so it feels so good on. The wireless feature, is amazing! I love the freedom of getting up to do things real quick and not having to worry with wires. The battery life is almost 24 hours when fully charged and you can use while charging if need be. I love the durability. I highly recommend this set above any others and I’ve used many.

Affordable and Quality!

It won't break the bank and works just as good or better as the more high end and expensive headsets. Very comfortable and lightweight, also the Quantum sounds is immersive and captivating add if you were a part of the actual game! Definitely recommend!

It can be a complete waste of money.

It doesn't work with quantum engine feature for my computer running windows 10 64 bits, it means no surround effect. It works only with stereo mode. Searching on the internet it seems a lot of users face similar issues. Is unbelievable that JBL doesn't have full compatibility with windows systems. It should be warned in the product box and web page description (with big red words: IT CAN WORK OR NOT IN WINDOWS).
I feel really disappointed. To me, it was a complete waste of money.
