Glad I caved in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I was initially skeptical about buying a Galaxy flip phone, boy am I so glad I caved in...Being a power user, I needed a phone that can handle streaming, multi-tasking, gaming, and creating and editing files and photos,
while simultaneously staying abreast of what's happening in my neck of the woods. The Galaxy Z Flip 5 answered all of my wants and needs. It is easily powerful enough to handle everything I throw at it, and seamlessly integrates the Now brief so that I don't miss a thing while multi-tasking. I really love the way my flip navigates seamlessly across multiple apps like audio eraser and YouTube, using the multi window feature.
Trust me when I tell you that this Z Flip 5 is a real gem.

Great phone that folks and fits easily in your poc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flip phone is now compact and fits in your pocket so much easier and doesn't stick out. The main screen is also protected whenever it's folded up so that it doesn't get scratched. The phone can be opened halfway and have two screens open at the same time. I've had the phone for years and never had any issue with speed or apps or battery life. This has been the best phone purchase I've made and it's 5 out of 5 stars in my opinion.

Great form-factor but no flagship audio codec

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the form-factor and "pocketability" of this phone.
The performance is still generally snappy and the camera still takes great shots in most conditions.
As a self-professed audiophile however, Samsung's stubborn insistence on explicitly excluding the "free" high-end audio codecs available to them from Qualcomm is quickly becoming a dealbreaker.
There is no longer an additional licensing fees for Snabdragon Sound including the lossless bluetooth audio codec supported by many high-end headphones and earbuds but Samsung takes them out anyways, supposedly to promote their own audio codec but that isn't even supported by Samsung's own high-end line of audio equipment in the AKG brand so it is really inexplicable.
There is no longer an additional licensing fees for Snabdragon Sound including the lossless bluetooth audio codec supported by many high-end headphones and earbuds but Samsung takes them out anyways, supposedly to promote their own audio codec but that isn't even supported by Samsung's own high-end line of audio equipment in the AKG brand so it is really inexplicable.
I realize this is a one subject review, but as much as I like this phone, this will be my last Samsung unless aptx lossless Bluetooth codec is added into the next generation.

Awesome phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is awesome, compact and easy to carry. Phone is very fast with emails and streaming services. Very happy overall, the only complaint is, phone has to be unfolded and unlocked for Google to work, which is crazy stupid. It use to work wonderful before the last few updates. To me that feature is important.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the seamless-ness between apps and how smooth it is going from flipped to not flipped and the dual app support when it is folded a little. Also very convenient when using YouTube or something being able to have your own built in stand, just being able to fold it half way and have your phone sitting up is so nice. I also love being able to record like a camcorder it's so much more convenient holding and different which I do like about this phone.

Smart device that's not that smart :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You Can't access internet from front screen that was a huge disappointment. Phone glitches and shuts down applications. Screen dip makes swiping applications difficult.
