[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing! It comes in super handy I'm able to keep it in my pocket and it's discreet. I'm never worried about it falling out of my pocket because of the size after it's folded. The fact that it folds comes in handy when taking pictures. It's awesome that I can get everyone in the picture without someone being excluded. The samsung AI is great it's super easy and convenient. Overall i think this is a great phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Flip 5 is seriously the coolest feeling I've had buying a phone since the days of old, where hardware AND software differences made it such a fun experience, full of surprises, to bring home a new device. That nostalgia is back with the feeling, as well as with the device itself bringing all of the fun hardware changes that we've been missing for so long! I love flipping it open and closed- it's not just the nostalgia, but the ASMR of hearing it shut, just like a classic flip phone! The best days of having a photo preview on our cover screens are BACK <33333

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for the flip form because I kept breaking screens. The Z Flip 5 fixed that! Plus the extra back screen is really useful. The Galaxy AI features sneak up on you and are so well integrated that you might not even realize you're being helped by an AI assistant. My reaction when I realized was "Oh! Wow! That was smart! "

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love my Flip Z 5 because it's compact .I also like the outside screen that allows you to see calls, messages and take pics without opening the phone. I like being able to take photos with the phone by folding it only halfway and placing it on a surface. It also takes great pics!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Galaxy Z Flip 5 for about a year now and it's the best desicion I've ever made. I use it for every day phone calls and for gaming. Previous phones I've used tend to overheat and have slow interfaces. The Z Flip 5 has been consistent with its temperature and the screen has no delay and is constantly smooth. Not to mention it has the latest tech inside the phone and don't get me started with the assistants. Google assistant and Bixby work impressively well in hand with the modern day tech. The Galaxy AI has been helpful in every way. If you need help with a question or problem, it has your back, if you need help with event planning, it has your back. If you need hands free texting or calling, it csn do that too. This phone is very deserving of 5 stars.

Folding screen breaks

I have not dropped it and I have taken very good care of it. I loved it a lot and recommended it to a lot of people. Love how it fits anywhere, the silicone case made a perfect match and made it look amazing and cute. The front screen is helpful and has helped me reduce my screen time. However, a bubble formed where the screen forms. At first it was a very little bubble, just to the left side, it increased in size in the last couple of months, last week I folded it and heard a weird sound, I opened it and now the bubble runs from side to side and like half an inch in width. It is starting to look like the plastic will break. It feels rough to the touch. Now there's dust collecting inside of it.

I had a flip 3 for almost 2 years and never had this issue. Honestly, I'm very disappointed in this phone.

IMO... It's a good phone, the front screen features are great. MY HUGE BUT is the folding screen breaking. So, just keep that in mind: you might need to replace the screen before the 1 screen mark so that it falls into warranty.
