Overall a very good value. But I was very disappointed when a "tip" came up after a week for a Temu advertisement. Really?!? And there's no way to turn "tips" off. Unacceptable! I took two stars off for that.
Clearly, Lenovo has not changed their values since they were caught out doing the same thing on their laptops a few years back. Apparently there is a complex way using ADB to remove this, but non-techie people will have to live with it.
Technically, it's good. Responsive. No way to easily adjust brightness with a pull-down (I did see it once...but where did it go?). No widget for that. And the frame is solid metal, very well built. Great screen and clarity. Audio is Dolby and excellent stereo, great for videos and music.
It does not have the traditional three buttons on the bottom to navigate, everything is swipe this way and swipe that way, very annoying. But I guess that's an Android "feature"? I dunno, but it's annoying to have to be swiping all the time, instead of just touching a button. No way to change it either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on sale. Overall not bad for $100. I only use it a few mins each day for reading the news online, checking email and social media with the occasional video, and it does what I need it to do. I like the size, screen resolution and sound quality. It is a bit laggy, and the WiFi connection is really unstable regardless of the signal strength - none of my other devices have any issue with internet connection in my house, just this tablet. Created a mobile hotspot for it on my laptop to get around the connectivity issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the purchase. I've mainly been using it for streaming a bunch of stuff and it's perfect, no lagging, the video quality is nice and crisp, no problems connecting to Wi-Fi, etc. It's also great for instrument/music apps, there's no delays.
Keep in mind that after you first turn it on and start setting it up there are weird lags during the setup process, as the tablet is doing system updates. After these updates are done (within the first few minutes after turning it on) and it asks you to restart, your tablet will run as normal.
Also, it doesn't have a biometrics fingerprint scanner to login, although it has the face scanner option as well as regular pattern, pin, and password options.

The HD quality is good enough for me. It's just about the size of a book. Easy to carry around, slip into your backpack and use it for reading eBooks in bed. For about $100 CAD, it's great value compared to other similarly sized tablets!
