Works well, poor Google/Alexa integration

The device itself seems to do a good job dehumidifying a small space such as an RV bedroom.
However, although it is advertised as supporting Google / Alexa integration, there is only a basic on/off switch that toggles the air purifyer. The 3rd party 'Smart Life' app has controls for the dehumidifier, purifyer, and fan high/low settings, but these are not accessible in Google / Alexa. Hence the feature is basically useless.
Don't buy if you want to control humidity remotely. This cannot do it, until there is an update to their app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish water tank is a bit bigger

Overall the unit works well. However, I have to empty the water tank every four days. Wish they built more capacity into the unit.

Great Value good performance

comes with a built in Air Purifier
can run only the air purifier if required
has a silent mode for a quiet night
has a simple app, that you can use to control the device, that can also be integrated with Google Home

Cons:
only worthwhile if its on sale
when on High speed, it is a bit noisy
not necessarily a con but, could do with a bigger water tank.

It has made a world of difference to both dust and moisture in our small pace!
The low fan setting is nice and quiet and even the sound of the higher fan setting is not unreasonable. It is an effective little piece of equipment and we would definitely recommend it:)

I had so much humidity in my bed room. It's impressive how much water we have in the air. The water tank is full every 2 days in my case at the maximum power. I'm so happy because this problem is solved. For this, thanks a lot.
The only thing is that's a little bit noisy at his maximum power but is not a problem for me. I can even sleep like that but if you are more sensitive, you can use the lowest power to sleep.

Performance is not good compared to price

I did bought this Dehumidifier a years back from JS Innovation (not from BestBuy). It does not work that well as I expected. Price is also seems very high to me compared its performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My unit had some issue after I accidentally dropped it. The fan started making weird noises. Contacted their customer service team, they were able to send me replacement fans and instructions and replacement. Solved the issue within a week.
