Great features! Upgraded from the S22 Ultra

Excellent phone for the most part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone overall is pretty good, it has a great camera that provids lots of details, it is very snappy when switching between apps and doing various tasks, and plenty of features to allow you to gain an excellent experience with the phone. The biggest downfall that this phone has is most definitely battery life and is only somewhat decent once you disable the attractive features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my S23 Ultra on 2/13 and the experience with the new phone is amazing. For me this was an upgrade from a Note 10 +, so there are significant improvements in camera, battery life, screen resolution and another others.
The most impressive one was the camera, the portrait mode makes it easy to get photos with the blurred background effect. The battery life is also amazing, I can get 24 hours of heavy use including social media surfing and gaming or a day and a half of moderate use.
The only downside I can find is the weight of the new phone, I'm used to having a big phone coming from a Note but I didn't expected the new one to be heavier. When the specs were revealed I noticed it was 35 grams heavier, at the time I thought that was not a big difference but when you hold the 2 you can tell the difference.

Huge Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to an S23 Ultra from an S20 Ultra and it's hard to believe how much better the new one is. It is amazingly fast at everything and the battery just doesn't quit. I'm blown away by the cameras, too. This was a great upgrade and worth every penny.

Amazing phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long time iPhone user, switched to the S23 Ultra and absolutely live it. Haven't felt this way about a phone since the iPhone 4. Best phone in the market. Only issue I have is this phone just like previous Samsung phones have an identity crisis. Having double apps and having to choose between Samsung apps and Google's apps. If I can get a S23 Ultra that's optimized to run stock android that would be amazing.

Lots of bells and whistles but not very smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn't say that Samsung elevates my daily experience. It's a good phone and does the things that I need it to do. I had high hopes for this smart phone and maintain that it has a lot of really cool features- honestly the camera cannot be beat (I have tellescope mode 🤯)! However there are other features that I was excited about that didn't quite pan out.
One of which is the organization of the texts. The phone has 3 different categories for texts: business, personal & all. Since I used this phone for both business and personal reasons I was very excited that I would be able to organize my messages in a way to keep my Personal and business lives organized. This is not the case. However, the phone automatically decides for you where your messages will be organized -you don't het to label the numbers. Your text messages still end up being jumbled together. Only this time there are 3 different places to look in which to find them.
All in all, am I happy with this phone - sure. But is it the end of all phones? No.
**Also, this is my only smartphone and Samsung product. I would love to upload pictures like it asks, but I can't take a picture of the phone with the phone lol**
