This phone is great!

The only bad thing that I can say about this transaction is that it wasn't very clear about returning my old phone. It said that I would receive a box and label but I never did get one. I had to call them only to find out that I would need to get the label from AT&T. Other than that, everything was great and I love my new phone!!

Best Phone By Far

Originally I was looking into getting a tablet but decided to upgrade my phone first because the one I had wasn't performing. I switched from a pixel to the s23 ultra and it was the best decision I ever made. Everything I could do on a tablet I can do on my s23 ultr. From creating designs and logos to coloring beautiful pictures. The camera on this phone is out of this world. The whole phone is super smooth and just amazing. If you're looking for an amazing phone this is the one to get for sure.

nice build but not a major upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use the phone for work, social media, and photography, as well as some reading. I like the S-Pen, although it's not absolutely necessary. I find the camera to be too intrusive still with post-processing, so the 200MP and 50MP don't really produce more detail than the other cameras except for zooming in for low res social pics (if you're trying to get REAL detail, e.g., macro detail, you're mostly out of luck...my galaxy S18 from 4 years ago did just as good a job). I think the phone is a little big and heavy, and VERY slippery so you really can't use it without a case. It's fast, though, the screen is bright, and the build quality is solid (although it's heavy). The ultra fast charge is by far my favorite part of the phone believe it or not.

Overall best phone I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone does it all very well. From streaming movies to uploading or downloading. Very fast very efficient. The colors are not quite right but that is personal preference rather than an actual problem. One thing I am enjoying most is the improved sound and battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a great phone with a big and clear screen that's smooth to use. It's very fast and can run all kinds of apps and games easily. The camera is really good, with lots of options for zooming in and taking great pictures and videos. The phone also has 5G internet and can connect to other devices easily. It's easy to unlock with your fingerprint, has good speakers, and a battery that lasts a long time. It's a bit expensive, but if you want a top-of-the-line phone, this is a good one to consider.

Simply The Best

My Galaxy S23 Ultra does all of that and more. I push my device hard every day with constant calls, emails, text messages and multiple apps all at the same time and my phone takes it all in stride.
