Nice upgrade from Note 20 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Note 20 Ultra for a couple of years and I had been putting off upgrading because I loved it so much but when the S23 ultra came out, I knew that it would be a good replacement. Although I will miss the memory card, it doesn't really affect me much because I don't use a lot of memory anyway. Even with transferring all of the data from my memory card onto the S23, I still have plenty of memory left. The battery on the S23 is so much better and it lasts a lot longer than the Note 20. So that is a huge upgrade right there. The phone is also faster as well, which I love. I am more concerned about the processing power than I am taking pictures, so that was perfect for me. Overall, I'm very glad that I upgraded to the S23 ultra.

Good - but . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Ultra 23 for about 3 weeks now. Having upgraded from a Note 8, YES, I SAID A NOTE 8 LOLOL I have to say I'm impressed with the overall functionality.
Pros: camera, new ring tones, battery life, connects quickly to bluetooth devices, S pen.
Cons: inability to delete individual text messages within a text. With the Note 8, I could choose the text. Hate that's not a feature. Weight of phone, somewhat difficult to use with one hand. I added a case and that makes it even more so. This phone is heavy! Some controls are relocated. While I like the S pen, the onscreen writing is not as smooth. Wanted to add a screen protector but probably won't.
Overall, I like it!

No more Cannon cameras for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is more than what I expected and so much more than you said it would be. I have a small business in which I have to provide photos of my product. I have struggled to make clear, concise photos with my Cannon digital camera but those days are over thanks to this amazing phone. Top quality photos with such ease. Not only the cameras are awesome but the phone itself is amazing. I am hearing impaired and I can control volumes with ease. It is so much more then a phone or a camera, its my lifeline.

The best Galaxy phone I have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy experience started with the Note II N7100 in 2012 and I have owned the Note 7, Note 8, Note 10, and Galaxy S21 Ultra. The upgrade to the S23 Ultra was seamless, and the phone is everything I had hoped for! The camera takes amazing photos and I have utilized the 200MP resolution on many occasions where I wanted every bit of detail I could squeeze out. I love the low-light capabilities of the camera, and the video quality is outstanding. I have nothing bad to say about it, and I loved the S21 Ultra! This phone is faster, takes better pictures (especially in low-light), and comes with an S-Pen!

An amazing experience overall

I was waiting for a phone that had all the features of my Note 9 plus an amazing camera as I'm constantly taking raw pictures and videos. Hands down the pictures are gorgeous regardless of the lightning conditions, but for video there are still some improvements that can be made. Don't get me wrong, they're good too.
Couldn't but it on the page because of technical difficulties, so got it on my second favorite color (not a page exclusive color) over the phone with a Samsung Customer Rep. Left her an amazing review as she was super supportive and helpful.
I use my phone as a personal phone and as work phone. The notes and the S Pen are key for work, but also to edit my pictures (my hobby). Love the ease to use to apps in the same screen too, it makes multitasking easier.
Video calling is so clear for both ends, the sound and the video are super clear and the phone focus on my voice rather than the outside noise, making it easier for the other person to hear me. Great especially when you're on a work call or conference.
When it comes to the responsiveness of the phone, have to say that I'm still getting use to it. Coming from a Note 9, I need to be careful because one small touch and your screen is different, lol. That's how quick and sensitive it is.
