GREAT UPGRADE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used an S9 note for about 3 years with no problems until I cracked the screen one day. I upgraded to the S23 ULTRA and haven't been let down yet. I have fast service in the country with only one bar of signal; meanwhile my coworkers are struggling to get an email to load, lol. I stream music and watch videos all the time and hardly notice any issues with service. Load times are 0 with any search I do. LONGEST BATTERY LIFE I HAVE EVER HAD IN A PHONE. It takes about an hour and a half to charge up fully. I'm on it constantly all day and still have battery life left at the end of the day.
