Not too shabby!

My first impression of these speakers is that they are surprisingly powerful for such small speakers. The sound quality is very clear. For the $130 I paid I didn't expect them to fill the room with sound the way they do. Plus, this is just listening to compressed music streaming online. I'm sure if I used a higher fidelity audio format they'd sound better.
These speakers don't pound... but they are loud. Plus they can handle significant bass response. Some speakers overdrive on bass right away. The Edifier speakers don't.
So yeah... if you have $130 and you're looking for a pair of PC speakers that will make you raise your eyebrows and think 'Hmmm... not bad!' I would certainly recommend these.

Best Speakers Ever

When I tell you these are the best quality speakers I’ve ever had, I’m not joking! For under 200$? The depth and quality of sounds is unheard of. Don’t bother buying any other speakers, these are for you! (It even comes with a remote control for muting and volume!!)

Computer speakers is.... Selling them short

Like most, I have tried a few and found none until now.
At this price point I was not expecting a lot, I wanted to have a balanced sound for my home office. Namely video calls, training and 2% of the time music/TV/Movies. I was about to get a Bose $500 soundbar when I saw these, I figured may as well try. Imagining exchanging them the next day. NO WAY!
They are a great size, I took the covers off and they look great on my desk. Not SUPER loud but in my office loud enough! I tested them with a movie right away and couldn't believe the depth of sound. For zoom calls etc, so good. They have two audio inputs, one I connected with a cheap rechargeable bluetooth receiver and the other to my computer. It switches great and now I am listening to Audible at my desk over bluetooth vs having my headphones on.
I am using a MacBook Pro 2017 with a dual 4K monitor doc where the audio cable is connected. MacOS is Catalina 10.7.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Forget others, buy this!

After watching reviews looking for budget PC speakers, I came across these but on the youtube reviews, they did not sound like anything special. All I needed was some speakers for a new base unit which was set up in the basement office.
I ended buying this from BB and whoa, I am definitely happy with the purchase.
My expectation was to just to use it for some music and a few youtube vids. Playing netflix and EDM, Hip hop, indie music ended up turning into a theatre or a small basement club and these are loud and bassy, especially for the price.
If youre looking at the 150 budget or less, end your search and buy these. Wont regret it.

High quality sound and finish with easy connection. Crystal clear undistorted sound within the limits of a 4" driver speaker. The second RCA input is very useful and allowed me to compare the original sound source to the I-tunes version with ease - it facilitates any second sound source without switching. It is great having a remote and tone controls to have armchair listening, customized to the room acoustics and speaker location. These would be greatly enhanced by the addition of a Subwoofer output jack to make up for the (understandably) lack-lustre bass. Overall these are very impressive value for money.

The performance of these speakers greatly exceeded my expectations, particularly at the very reasonable price! They are attractive in appearance, easy to install, and are built solidly enough to produce decent bass without the inconvenience of an additional woofer (bearing in mind that their purpose is to enhance computer sound, not provide the basis for a hi-fi system. In summary, I could find no fault with them, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Best for the money

Wanted some speakers for my gaming room, the speakers are small, but provide very good ambient sound while gaming (or listening to music). the bass is enough for a small room (mines a 14x20ft room) and packs a punch.
For an entry level speaker system they are well worth the investment and if you can get your hands on them they will hold up to expectations at the price line its ranges in.
only negative is the cables to set them up are only about 8ft, my idea was to put them on separate corners of my room but had to settle with putting them on the side of my desk (which honestly is probably the intended way to have them). set up instructions were vague at best but basic electronic knowledge will be enough to put the colored wires together.
I would recommend this to a friend!
