The paper had wrinkles and creases in it from where the packaging was wrapped around it, looks like a wheel or something went down the middle. It wasn't just one or two sheets, but at least a fourth of the package was affected to some degree by it. The package itself was not damaged or anything like that so I'm assuming it's from processing and being packaged.
