I never use recycled products. I was the maintenance manager for over 500 printers. When I reverted to Genuine HP paper and toners, my trouble calls dropped dramatically. Less cleaning up after exploded cartridges and fewer jams caused by excess paper dust. After retirement I have carried on that practice. As a result my personal printers last well beyond their replacement date.

I intended to order the standard 8.5 x 11 size paper. I did not notice anything on the selection that indicated it was the legal sized paper 8.5 x 14 and wonder if the wrong paper was sent in error. This legal paper does not fit my printer and I'm just recycling it. Thanks.
