Now that i have the printer cable, I am trying to install it. I ran into trouble inserting the ink cartridges. The Black one clicked in just fine. The Color one did not.

I needed photo paper to print photos on my laser printer. The HP website was confusing. A myriad of choices was available. I didn't know which of the choices would be appropriate so I used the chat feature, described my need, and asked for recommendations. The chatbot recommended this paper for photo printing. It's good general use paper, but it's NOT photo paper. Photos look like printed images, not photos. Very disappointing.

I have been looking for a good price on 8 1/2 x 14 paper for my business. The price is great and with the free shipping, you can't beat it! I received my paper Fed Ex and in just a few days!
