Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived with various chips in the fountain, and the door to the pump would not stay on/attached, but these issues didn’t seem to affect the overall performance, so I didn’t complain. However, after having the fountain operating for a little over 2 weeks, there’s been a MASSIVE amount of paint that has chipped off the fountain/into the water, and it continues to get worse every day. This brand new fountain looks like it is actually several years old/was improperly cared for, which is very disheartening as I take very good care of items that I own and it’s a bit embarrassing to have an item like this in my yard. I am going to stop using it as the paint chipping situation is dangerous for the wildlife that use the fountain, and the pump door continually falling off creates a hazard.

Coating came off

I really loved this fountain. The weight was good, install was easy, the color was perfect, it was a little uneven at various levels but I was able to fix that. The coating came off so easily though. Slowly at first but it’s pretty bad now. The customer service was amazing though. They offered a replacement or refund.

Disappointing

Overall this is a well-built, gorgeous fountain. All the neighbors compliment us on its beauty, the birds enjoy it, and the sound of the water is very soothing. The huge drawback, however, is that the finish started coming off the first week with just the pressure of the water hose filling it. This reveals the white base material. Letting it get dirty helps cover it up, LOL. Still a nice fountain.

Looks as pictures show. The water sounds great and looks great in my courtyard. I just hope it lasts as long as my first one did. The Florida sun is brutal at times.
