So, I have had my Sunnydaze Arcade 2 Tier fountain for 3 months now, and I absolutely love the look and sound of the fountain. I have given a 3 star review because of several issues. The first is that, while it is very easy to assemble, at each joint, the surfaces are not level, creating the need to shim here or there in order to get even flow out of the spillways. This can be difficult, as the twist lock design does not provide much play to shim. The second issue I had was after an unexpected storm. Very high winds knocked my fountain over, even though it was full and running. This cause the twist lock coupler on the large, main bowl to break off. One of the locking tabs still remains, so the fountain is usable, but the fiberglass is rather weak, and despite being advertised as stable and weighty when full, some method of anchoring the fountain would be a welcome addition to its design.

The water pump included with this fountain is week and despite all the charging in the sun, the pump works but not strong enough to pump the water through! The video is fake.. the pump can barely cause the water to drip drops!!!! Waste of money! Do not recommend!

Great looking fountain!

We shopped around for a solar fountain for a good six weeks before we settled on this one. For the cost, it was one of the taller ones in the marketplace. Great looking and great build quality. It has added a wonderful touch to our garden. we have had it in place for a month-and-a-half and so far you no problems.

Faulty battery pack

I ordered this fountain which arrived in good condition. However, the solar/battery pack was faulty and so far we have not got to use the fountain. I am still trying to get a replacement pack, or even an email to acknowledge my complaint!

I thought the fountain was

I thought the fountain was pretty. The color was true to the picture. I had to return the fountain because it was too lightweight for the project I was doing. Customer service was great and did not give me a hassle.

Outdoor Water Fountain

I received product in a timely manner. However the solar part of the fountain and LED is not at all what I expected. Full sunlight, battery fully charged and I get just a trickle of water. I live in Florida lots of sun light but pump will not run long and is very week and LED will not stay on long past sun down. I checked connections and for kinks, all good. All in all not a satisfied customer.
