Not as well-built nor easy to use as my previous HP printer. Although it is essentially the replacement version of my previous HP printer, my existing print cartidges do not fit. - wasting some $$s of unusable print cartridges. HP print cartridges are priced to guide people to the ink subscription service, but actually have to pay a per-page fee for using the printer. Like a lease car, but worse, if I exceed my monthly usage, I pay a tremendous per-sheet penalty.
If you need a basic all in one with digital (not analog) fax, this unit will do. I don't find the quality control of HP what it used to be years ago. I'll think twice before buying HP again.
I am very dissatisfied with my new printer. I have always used HP printers in the past but this one is not working well at all. I would like to know if there is a warranty on it because this printer is useless. I am not able to use it and was hoping a friend of mine could solve the problem. She has been ill and unable to help me at this time. If there is a warranty can you tell me what I should do. The other problem is I bought it on line so have no place to go to settle this.
Very difficult to connect with my printer until I purchased a cable to attach the printer with my computer. Also I don’t need the ongoing ink supply. How do I cancel

Pleased with printing but energy features for auto on and off are broken even with up to date firmware. Setting them freezes the printer and the hp software doesn’t override it either. It’s a glitch for sure for an otherwise reliable printer.
Initially I was very impressed as I set up my new printer. Moving more of the instructions to the mini-tv screen was a good idea. BUT, I was totally lost when it came to downloading the additional software I needed for scanning etc. I don't know how you would resolve the issue but I spent way too much time looking for the software to download. I ended up paying someone to complete the installation. I went from very impressed to very unimpressed.
