I ordered the monitor. 1st one did not power on. 2nd worked for 10 minutes then quit. 3rd did not turn on. I gave up. The only thing I can say that was good was HP made it easy to exchange and finally gave a refund.
If it works, it works great. After a few months, it just doesn’t seem to work anymore. This is the second monitor and same thing has happened. It doesn’t register the monitor is connected to my laptop. I tried swapping all cables, rebooting the computer, etc.
I just have it sitting on my desk and only use it 2-3 days a week, so it’s not like I’m hard on my equipment. So disappointing.
