Priced way too high for the amount of pages that the cartridge will print. Most other stores are cheaper.

The three color cartridges worked fine but the printer didn't recognize the black cartridge. When I replaced the cartridge with another it worked fine so hopefully this was a fluke... but it was an expensive fluke!

Hi there David I think what you experienced is a cartridge recognition error. Although confusing this error has two possible solutions. I'm sorry this event happened to you. I would start with doing a printer restart and then try to put it in the cartridge holder. The other fix is to delete the most recent software updates.
