It’s simply the most amazing and cartridge I’ve ever owned. I’m sure that it will do nothing but Increase my productivity my overall health and wellness and my quest reincarnation. Staples get a grip it’s an in cartridge. Not the fountain to use or the key to the universe. Enough with the relentless emails to review a product.

The colors yellow and cyan did not print on test page

I came home and installed all 4 colors. The black and magenta printed ok but the yellow and cyan did not print on test document. I will be in this week or call to see if I am missing something.

This ink was purchased for a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 purchased several months ago. Unfortunatly I have not yet installed the printer because I am unable to purchase replacement ink for all of the colors. I have one more to go (Cyan) before I will install the printer. No point in having a printer for which I cannot purchase replacement ink! If I'm unable to get the Cyan ink soon I will have to return the printer and purchase a different model for which ink is readily available.

Hello I am very sorry that you had this happen to you. I can understand if you are unhappy about this situation. There are shortages of the cartridges in some areas. This is due to a problem with one of the manufacturing lots of a couple colors and an increase in online orders during the holidays and the lockdowns. Supply hasn't been keeping up with demand. We are also experiencing shipping delays because the delivery companies are having a hard time keeping up with orders too. Mary HP Care hp.com/support
