Hello Albert I understand you had trouble with your color cartridges. The cartridges are returnable thru www.hp.com/support/. Before you return it you can try to turn off the printer and restart it. Printer displayed notification that the cyan cartridge was counterfeit or damaged. Bought a replacement cartridge and the printer accepted it.
