Ink flow issue

Cartridges have lip on dispenser that prevents flow of ink into printer. Have tried multiple cartridges and different ink colors with no luck. Older cartridges did not have this issue.

Hi Christine Ink cartridges are designed to make the ink last. I will explain how they work and try to solve your problem. The dispenser prevents leaks. The most critical place is the copper contacts on the printhead. The ink dispenses from them. Ensure they are clean.
