Hi Joyce I am very sorry that your yellow seems off. I can understand why you rated this so low. With this type of printer if the settings are correct the problem is usually that the printhead needs cleaning. The cleaning routine is reached from the printer's menu. So far all are fine except the Magenta which didn't print at all. It showed as full but I had to replace it and the replacement is fine.
