Beautiful knife

It’s like an art piece, but I finally brought myself to use it. This knife cuts SO beautifully. Like some have mentioned, food does stick to the blade a little bit, especially onions. And it is a bit heavy compared to, say, my 8” Fibrox, but not so much that it bothers me.
The blade does not have a hard stop at the bottom like I’m used to, but I will adjust when I use this knife.
The only real negative is that I’m not sure what hardness honing steel I should use with this knife, since the blade is so strong.
I would recommend this to a friend!
