Best chef knife EVER!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is truly a thing of beauty. I love to cook, but I never thought I’d get this excited about a knife. This is so much better then my cutco knives. The balance is amazing. It stays sharp too. I plan to buy more variations of this exact model. They are worth every penny.
