GOOD KNIFE

I REMEMBERED READING ALL THE REVIEWS ON THE KRAMER DAMASCUS 8 INCH CHEF KNIFE BEFORE I PURCHASED. ONE CUSTOMER SAID THE KNIFE WAS SLIGHTLY BENT AT THE TIP, WELL, WHEN MINE ARRIVED IT WAS ALSO SLIGHTLY BENT AT THE TIP. I HOPE IT'S NOT THE SAME KNIFE THAT'S ENDED UP IN A "ROUND-A-BOUT" ? ANYWAY, I'LL LIVE WITH IT, OTHER WISE, IT'S A BEAUTIFUL KNIFE. I WANTED THE LONGER DAMASCUS CHEF KNIFE BUT THEY WERE OUT AT THE TIME AND I DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT. GOOD COMPANY, BUT, NOT SURE ABOUT THEIR QUALITY CONTROL? SINCERELY, JACK CRAMER.

I recently purchased this and the knife is beautiful. It is scary sharp, it effortlessly slices throught meat and produce and holds its edge very nicely. The handle is very comfortable and I am quite a fan of the heel of the blade. Its a real game changer for changer as a home cook, cant wait to do more with it.

My favorite knife

I have the 8 inch knife. It's beautiful and very sharp. I can slice through a watermelon as if it was butter and that is no exaggeration. It's my favorite knife but over time I'm getting little chips in the blade. I need to send it off to be sharpened. This knife made preparing food a much more enjoyable experience that any other knife I've ever had.
