[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Use Shun and Enso, I purchased this k ice on Cutlery and More. It is beautiful! Damascus is some of the best I have seen. The Knife is extremely well built and Razor Sharp. It is now my Go To knife I use when I’m working on the Line in my Restaurant.
