Great knife right out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First glance and use of this knife is very impressive, it feels extremely well made and has exceeded my expectations so far. I feel like there are so many little details to mention, but my favorite feature is the curved spine to help with slicing and dicing. I am looking forward to many meals being prepared with this!

First Impressions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received the knife a couple of days ago. The build quality is excellent, it’s extremely sharp and well balanced. It is also beautiful! I have used it a few times and am very happy with the sharpness and handling. Before using I sharpened my other knives to create a fair comparison. This knife is sharper making it easier to slice paper thin vegetables. So far so good!
The only surprise has been the weight, it is heavier than expected, but the weight disappears in use.
