Easily the best knife in my collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife comes razor sharp straight out of the box and holds it's edge extremely well as long as you hone regularly. The weight and thickness of the spine are perfect for me as I prefer a heftier chef knife. This is NOT a light knife. The spine is rounded though making it very comfortable for long use. The Kramer knives are definitely not cheap in any sense of the word but this is quality that will even as a chef using it for many hours a day, last a lifetime.

It cuts with so little ease and handling it is a breeze. The weight and balance of it is perfect for me I’ll definitely be using it lots. I’d def buy more products in the future.
