[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful Kramer chef knife feels great in the hand, well balanced, great quality, and very easy to take care of. No fuss, just a joy to use. The handle is large and the does not slip even when wet. Very sharp out of the box.

I have always used softer steel and cheap basic kitchen knives and hones my knife skills with those kinds of knives. This is the first nice knife I have owned and also the first with any tough steel in it. It's a breath of fresh air and so much fun!
