First unit we received had some damaged pieces. I took pictures of the pieces, contacted the company and received very positive feedback. I received the form and emailed that along with the pictures. Within a week or so received feedback that they would send a complete replacement to us. We received that within a couple weeks. The new unit received was in good condition. We assembled it and it looks good. Assembly is definitely a two person job but doable. Instructions were very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although we just received this, I'm so happy with it! My son put it together for me and it only took him about an hour. It is perfect for me; just what I was looking for. It's extremely sturdy too. I'm sure it's going to last many years!

I just love this new addition to my living room. It gives the perfect combination of classic and sophisticated. The white goes with everything. I was scared at the beginning because it was the first time buying from Simpli Home. It has excellent quality and I ended up buying a bunch of them from them for my new apartment. We were very happy with the purchase, I inspected and took pictures of each part. That was to make sure each part was marked with a letter and showing the direction that some parts needed to be. This was very helpful to me and I made sure that I did not get any parts damage. When I got my box / container it was banged up and the box never made it to my doorstep. It was sitting out in the grass, I did not realized how heavy it was, I got it off the grown and walked it on its side into my house.. I waited for my wife and the next day we put it together. We laid out the parts and put them in the right direction and on the left side and the right side. I did only one mistake and that was I must have over tighten one of the screws and it did not hold the way it should have, So I did take it out and filled in the hole with wood putty and left it sit for the next day. It took us two days to put it together because of that mistake I made. But it turn out to look great and we are very happy with the way it works for us. It made our space look more open and we were able to but all our equipment on the middle shelfs that kept things organized.

Love this cabinet

It arrived well packed in great condition. It’s solid wood and the tobacco brown color is rich and beautiful. We only had one small issue, the drawer front groove where the bottom fits in was not deep enough (perhaps glue or poly had pooled there). My husband was able to rout it out with his dremel tool. I originally had contacted customer support to replace the drawer front and they were quick to respond. All around beautiful cabinet.
