Good monitors except when they break poor customer

I purchase this monitor about a Month ago. I had two of these and one of the monitors has lines going horizontally and vertically. I use these for work as I work from home and needed another asap. I called customer service but the gentleman ( who was very nice ) could not help me. I have used the same brand in my previous employment and really liked them. The one that broke may have been a lemon as it only lasted 6 months . But I do think customer service could have tried to provide more help

About the lines on the display, if you tried another known good cable and another display port, and lines still shows up on the screen, we recommend that you send the product in for service in order to determine if this is faulty so this may be resolved immediately.
