The process to purchase is quick and easy. Delivery was smooth and quick. The product works as expected. The price is outrageous. There is no justification for charging these prices for toner.

This was our first purchase of replacement toner since the initial purchase of the printer. Installation was quick and without incident. That said, the printer itself provided no indication that the toner required replacing. It just stopped printing. We were worried that something was significantly wrong with the printer. Luckily, the toner had been ordered and delivered prior to this episode. Once the toner was installed the printer began working as expected.

Ridiculously expensive, but necessary since they changed to software to not work any 3rd party and once any HP item is purchased they will hound you for a review - just capitulate. Next item I buy will not be HP.
