Not durable enough for 8 year old.

My daughter got this as a gift to go with her new Chromebook over the holidays. She used it for a couple days fine but then the rubber tip came off. We were able to get it back in with some tweezers but when it came off again we worried it would scratch her screen so tossed it. I use staples brand for many items at home and at work and trust the brands durability which made this sadly disappointing.

I use these as i like the size of the stylus pen but i use them sometimes for 4 to 5 hours per day and they just "wear out" within a couple months. With normal use they are probably fine but i am now experimenting with other types to see if i can get a pen that lasts longer.

Other merchants (Menards) offer various stylus instruments (pens) at a more economical price and seem to last about as long before the usual fate of being lost "stolen" or bitten by the local puppy.
