I received 2 stylus and have been using one and the rubber part is almost broken off. I’m 81 and unable to bring it back or even mail it back. I thought that Staples should know about defective product.

and I've tried many different sizes and brands. I am so pleased with this one that I am getting q couple of extras to have as backups. I realize that is highly unlikely that i will need these for quit some time.....but like I said I have tried a lot of different brands width etc. and I am sincerely convinced that this is the best stylus out there and after investing as much $ and time as I have to find this one.....it makes perfectly good sense!
