I received 2 stylus and have been using one and the rubber part is almost broken off. I’m 81 and unable to bring it back or even mail it back. I thought that Staples should know about defective product.

The 2 stylus that bought leave black smoke like film all over the screen. The smoky film is very hard to get off. Tried window cleaner soap & water vinegar and lots of rubbing. Will not buy this again.
