Purchased ink refills and these were sent promptly and I had no problem with them, In addition I purchased a Microsoft program (365) and somehow (my error? perhaps) and the email I received from HP for securing it to upload, etc. was lost. Requested a second copy of instructions and have yet to hear squat.
