I'm happy with the product. I am confused at the price. How much does it really cost to produce these toner cartriges? To be honest I'm not sure it is worth the cost.

I purchased 1 black cartridge and a set of color cartridges. The black was correct (414A) but the color cartridges are 410A which do not fit in my new printer. I have reported this (case:509179542), product no.: W1A80A. I don't know to whom I should send the new color cartridges and am hoping HP will replace these with the correct ones (414A)

Even thought I print just for the house for personal use, I wanted a more lifetime or high yield toner cartridges. Because they cost a little more than the regular toners, I order them one or two at a time. Thank you for your product. I still have one color to order yet. I will order it soon.

I started using an off brand for a while, then my prints started having different colors splatter on them along the edges. This went on for months, I really though I would have to have my printer serviced to correct the issue but thought I was try the brand toner one more time before trying to get it serviced. Using the brand toner cleared it right up instantly.

I was out of cyan! I must use more blue than I thought! HP provides the correct cartridge for my printer so I purchased the three color pack. Please check back for further exciting details when magenta needs a refill!
