[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 12 year old HP7580 multi-function still chugging along, a10 year old HP2015 B&W laser going strong but, my five year-old HP8600 multifunction died early (ink dried out?). This HP477fnw color laser is great! Ink isn't cheap but, it is a clean machine that I would consider small office capable.
