So easy to remove the old cartridges and insert the new ones!! And then send the old ones back in the box with its label ready to drop off at UPS to the HP Recycling center! Thank you for making it so easy to handle these printer needs.

The toner is great. The delivery method was terrible! It was sent via FedEx and delivered by the USPS 11 business days later. When I purchased the toner, the website said it would be delivered in 3 - 6 business days.
