One of the toners didn't have the authentic sticky seal over the strip where you open the box. I'm not so sure if that particular color real and not a compatible.

My printer tells me when I need to replace the cartridge and how to obtain a new one sent to my home. It comes within days. It's easy to install and you can even recylce the old one in the same box which comes with a paid UPS label. It couldn't be easier. And even better, the printer cartridge works perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother has always taken care of my printer needs. He would tell me what to get, I would go to the store (or stores) looking for the right cartridges. This is a much easier way to get cartridges, go to HP, tell them what it says on the front of your printer. They show you what cartridges you need, choose to order, 3 days later pick them up on the porch and put them in the printer. HOW GOOD IT IS!!
