I installed my new Yellow toner cartridge just like I have installed numerous cartridges previously, but this time I keep getting the message that the toner is low. I;ve never had this happen before. I am 110 percent certain that I did not mistakenly re-install the old cartridge. It has been a couple of weeks now, and printing continues, but so does the warning message. I have taken the cartridege out and put it back several times to make sure it is well seated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Shirley,
I am sorry to find you are having trouble with the drum. I'm not sure if that is the case here, but sometimes this will happen with a printer that is starting to wear out.
I'm not sure what type of printer you have, but there was a discussion about a problem like that on the HP Forum and it sounds like the general advice given there might help: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/Suddenly-leaves-narrow-blank-strip-down-center-of-page/td-p/6260458
If you think it is the cartridge that is causing this, you can arrange to return it. Step-by-step instructions for completing the return and exchange process is covered at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
