[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a serious paper jam in my HP Laser jet Pro M227. Printer Display and App "manage your device" kept telling me to remove the Laser Cartridge and clear jam from the top. But, I could not grab enough of the paper to free it.
When I went to the tech support chat I learned about the door on the back of the printer.
That was not obvious but it allowed me to clear the jam. Also this saved me a trip of
lugging my printer to the computer store . Thank you !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much easier to purchase via virtual shopping. I have been pleased with HP replacement cartridges in the past, but I have not yet used this cartridge. I have been getting notifications that the original cartridge is low on toner for weeks. I have printed hundreds of pages since the notifications first started but so far have not run out of toner in the original cartridge. I do appreciate that I get an early heads up so that I have plenty of time to acquire a replacement. I do like my new MFP M227, as is true for all of my many HP printers over the years , however I was disappointed to get a notification just a few days after my purchase that this was an older model and that there would no longer be HP support for this model.
