I got this for my 32 inch tv that I use in my bedroom and as a computer monitor. It raised the tv higher which really helped my neck both viewing from bed and up close for computer use. I also put my soundbar on it and the sound is better and clearer. On my desk clutter would sometimes block the soundbar and the bottom of the tv. Being a 32 inch tv I didn't want to trust the ones I saw for about $20.This was 49.99 but I got it on sale right when I realized I could use something like this I did my research and got lucky
